When can I place my order?
Pre-ordering your pumpkinscape is the only way to guarantee that we will not sell out before deliveries begin! We sell out every year so it is recommended to get your order in ASAP!
Orders must be placed by August 1st. We open up ordering June 1st. Once we sell out, you can be placed on our waitlist and be notified if more spots open.
When do deliveries begin?
Pre-orders begin June 1st. We select all our pumpkins in September. Deliveries will begin the first week of October. Towards the end of September, our team will be in touch to provide you with your delivery date and information.
Of course due to Florida weather and hurricanes, delivery dates can be subject to change.
Which pumpkin package should I order?
The Pumpkin Package you decide on should be based on several factors:
- The size of your porch/entry way.
- The look you are wanting to achieve with your pumpkinscape.
- Personal preference!
If you are trying to decide between two options, we always recommend going with the larger of the two. We have found clients never regret having an excess of pumpkins...but do sometimes wish they would have more! If you want our professional opinion, send us a picture of your entryway and we will gladly give you advice!
I don't know if I should add Mums?
Mums are a great addition if you want to add varying height and pops of additional color and dimension to your pumpkinscape. We provide a variety of beautiful colors in vibrant colors and fall colors.
Do I need to be home for my pumpkinscape delivery?
Nope! We would love to meet each and every one of you, but you do not need to adjust your schedule for us. Setup takes only about 30 minutes.
Due to the popular demand of our pumpkin porch services, many times our drivers will deliver your order to the porch with the designer shortly following.
Will my pumpkins last all season?
Florida's fall weather is still very warm and humid! Because of this, we expect that you will lose roughly 10% of your pumpkins between delivery and late November. If you are concerned about your pumpkins lasting long enough, we recommend taking at look at our recommendations to help prolong the life of your pumpkins. You can also read about what we do to help keep your pumpkins fresh longer.
If you have any pumpkins "go bad" within 48 hours of delivery -- please reach out to us ASAP and we will replace!
Why don't you offer hay bales?
Hay Bales are a great way to add height to your pumpkin porch decor especially if you have a flat porch with no stairs. However, in our experience, hay bales tend to get moldy and smell and can make a huge mess. This si why we don't offer hay bales and instead offer mums to give some dimension and varying height.
I forgot to select Pumpkin Pick-Up when I ordered, is it too late?
No! You can add pick-up at any time. click here to get your pumpkins picked up at the end of the season.
Do you decorate local businesses?
We sure do! We love bringing a touch of fall to local businesses. A pumpkin display is a great way to capture the attention of potential customers with an eye catching display.
Do you decorate indoors?
Yes! Pumpkins hold up really well indoors and can last a very long time inside. Indoor displays are perfect for foyers, dining tables, fireplaces and much more. If you have a big indoor area you would like decorated, we recommend one of our larger packages like package 1 or 2. Indoor displays are also a perfect opportunity to do it yourself. Let us make it easy for you and deliver your pumpkins directly to your home.
Where do your pumpkins go after pick-up?
For those who choose to have your pumpkins picked up after the fall season, we take all pumpkins to local farms and residents to feed their animals such as cows, chickens etc. They love pumpkins!
For those who choose to discard their pumpkins themselves, we recommend donating or using in a compost.
